“I bought a phone from US and it was locked to cricket mobile and I could.not use it here in Canada and the store owner helped me unlock it.and transfer all my data from old to new phone.
I.also bought a case and screen guard for good price.and they installed it for me.”

“The store is located on the first floor of the gallery, accessible via stairs, escalator or elevators. Corridors are spaces allowing good passage for customers with disabilities. The store entrance has a back and forth turnstile for security and blocking of shopping carts.In general, they have a good variety of products and try to have a good organization, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. Most of the time the attendants are harsh, as if the entire customer was to blame for their bad days.”

“How can you go in a dollarama and not buy something, they have it all, although I see lots of stuff in the $4.00 plus range, bring the kids buy them something to make them happy and you still have a smile on your face because you didn't break the bank”
“Always inexpensive, sometimes by a lot. Only drawback - NO exchange, even if the item is unopened or defective. A pain. And some staff don't speak (understandable) English.”

This guy who is an Apo security guy thought I would've took the Jamieson vitamins and put it in my handbag. The answer is no. I wouldn't steal something like that. I go to this store sometimes.”

“Really large store, has a decent selection of the Cookware, non perishable foods, arts and crafts products, home and kitchen products, ect. They have an ok ratio of self check out to cashiers. Was able to find the products I needed on my visit today easily, the isles are organized fairly well so it was easy to find what you’re looking for. Overall, the store is well stocked- what I did purchase wasn’t out of stock and a lot of the isles didn’t have empty slots of where products should be! Large enough store and even with a fairly large line managed to get in and out of the store in under 10 minutes!”
“I have been going to this Dollarama for over two decades, and consistently, it offers an extensive array of products for purchase. Notably, the checkout lines are efficiently managed, avoiding the common issue of extended wait times seen in many Dollarama stores due to limited cashier staffing.”
“Very large Dollarama with LOTS of everything! Too bad that it really isn't a dollar store anymore. Staff are helpful. Only draw back for some customers is that it's on the lower level with stairs to access the store. Has unfortunately become a haven for teenagers from the local high school to "gang" enter and steal from the store which frightens staff and customers. Unfortunately, limiting the types of masks being worn in the store or adding security might be the only resolution to this situation. Dufferin Mall does have issues during the school year with theft from the neighbourhood highschool kids.”

“Huge product selection and amazing customer service. Just got home from K and K for the second week in a row. We went last week to look for a replacement suitcase to replace a damaged one. Dianna was helpful and looked for a large hard side Samsonite model that we immediately bought. We thought during the week that another would be nice . Went back today and Caroline went and looked for a similar model. She found an identical suitcase and now we have two nice new Samsonite suitcases .”
