Previously had great experience however recently bough some paint that had issues, there was clumps of white paint that would get stuck to the roller and leave spots on the walls. This was likely due to not being mixed well enough, I should have stopped but it's hard half way through a weekend project when the store is closed on Sunday. I called and expected an apology and sent pictures of the paint, I was promised a call from the owner/manager but it's been two weeks and I still have not heard anything
