Would give zero stars if I could. Paid for a passport photo which was rejected.A "professional" studio where they check 11 items for compliance.No apology whatsoever but made a big deal about redoing at no charge.Wonder if they will pay for our trip if we can't travel due to the delay. Seriously??

Very bad printing quality. Resolution is so low that the pictures look pixelated. Plus, the photos are not trimmed. You’ll have to do it by yourself or ask for a ´partial’ assistance from an associate. Even with that, you still need to do some trimming yourself using a scissors.I don’t recommend.

Needed passports photos for me and my kids but they all had shadows in them. Asked for a retake and they refused, saying I should go queue up for hours to get a rejection letter first! Horrible experience dealing with this location!

Learn to answer your phones. Ive been trying to get back through for an update on my order for over an hour. I placed an order in store for a photo book and told it was going to be a while because the guy who makes them is on lunch. So I go kill time for 30 minutes and when I get back for an update, he still isn't even back from his lunch. Dont ever have a time where no one is there who can do an item, and if you absolutely have too, dont take hour breaks. Now I dont wanna waste a trip back if it wont even be ready.

Went for passport pictures they were supposed to be $10+tax. After getting the photos taken, they charge me 27.99+tax, I said that wasn't what the website said. She said "they are Photos Unlimited and they are just located in Walmart." If they are going to charge so much more and look like they are Walmart they should have a sign. It still said Walmart Photo Center. VERY DISAPPOINTED

was at the store on Thursday Dec.28th.at around12:48PM.Had a clerk named Robin who was not that friendly and when I told her perhaps she should be,as I walked away she literally yelled have a nice day.I said to her "pardon me" she then spoke in a loud voice and said "I thought I was being very nice to you.My reply was,"not really".I then went to look at her name tag and she again in a very loud voice said my name is Robin.With that I just left.And here I am on line telling you my experience.
