This is what my parents $20,000 setup looks like. It takes me an average of 5-10 minutes to turn on the TV, and I’m a software engineer. My parents haven’t been able to use the TVs for years. You will 100% regret using this company, they should be absolutely ashamed of this work… fu for doing this setup for my old parents, bad people/scammers.Edit: you’ve been here to “fix” the system twice already. You don’t sell these receivers, hdmi extendor things, and that is not your labelling machine (saying “OFFICE”)? My parents words, they don’t trust you to repair the system “again”. Unless there are 2 Thomas tv places in Welland, this is 100% your work. The heat up there is insane, if you use any device (fire tv, etc), it’s impossible as the receivers are way to far for the remote to communicate, the design was fundamentally flawed from the day it was designed and the system needs a complete overhaul, which I’ll be doing myself.The fact that they deny this is their work says a lot.

Thank you so much to Tyler and his team at Thomas TV for the exceptional service and products provided. Tyler visited our home for an initial consultation about improving internet efficiency, connecting the existing sound system through-out the house, recommending a new Television to accommodate the space and acoustics and suggesting ideas for an additional speaker system and new turntable. The tasks appeared daunting but every part of our plan was achieved, by Tyler and his team, in a professional and seamless manner. We had a vision and Tyler spent endless hours of research, consultation and installation to eventually set up the amazing sound system and entertainment centre that we are now thoroughly enjoying. Tyler even customized an existing shelving unit to make our turntable and speakers fit the unique space that we were working with. Thank you to Thomas tv for their amazing service.Our old tv broke down hours before the hockey game last week.We went into Thomas tv , order a beautiful new one and they had it insulted and programmed before game time.The new tv has a beautiful picture and the staff at Thomas were incredibly helpful

Been in a few times for sound related issues with my TV and my Record Player, the staff is very knowledgeable and efficient. If the problem isn't solved the first time(in my experience they have all been solved the first time) they recommend the next steps to solving the issues before you leave the store.
