Went in today to grab some paints as I'm slightly new to the "vallejo paints" great prices and the workers were super nice! One actually helped me for 45 minutes grabbing paint and I ended up getting product I was super excited to try ( sfx blood paint) would highly recommend this place and honestly loved the environment felt very welcoming!!

Absolutely amazing experience today at the store. My daughter both came in, everyone was so welcoming. Great stock in place. Made my daughter feel very welcomed at the store. Just could not believe how personable and customer service oriented everyone was. John was a champion!! Will definitely be back and this will be my go to place now.

Great place to go and get your Warhammer stuff. Kind of partnered with mini war gaming in the back which gives them access to a large play space. Only issue i've had is the one employee as he was disrespectful to myself The owner is fantastic, you want something and he can get it ordered. I loved my time at this store and hope it keeps flourishing in coming years and becomes even more of a place for people to come and have fun at.Edit. since the original posting of my review I was contacted by the owner who has threatened me to remove my ad or I would be banned from the store.Update. I have since been banned from his store saying that they do not tolerate harassment. I would recommend not going to this store and tolerating his behavior and go to the Niagara falls store.Further edit. The store in question that has chosen to ban me is the welland store not the niagara falls store. Dan has beem very understanding in this difficult time.I have also reviewed on google and left pictures from the manager there.
