I had an appointment today with Gideon at the Niagara St, Welland ScotiaBank branch. Although the outcome wasn’t what I had hoped for, Gideon was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was professional, yet caring, knowledgeable and kind. If the opportunity presents itself again, Gideon would be my go to for helpful advice.

I'm not sure what all the bad reviews are about. Never had a problem. Always fast in and out. Moved from St Catharines and used to 15 + people in lines. Compared to average 3 people! You can't please anyone these days!!!
