Xerez the pharmacist was incredibly indignant and rude. She was berating an employee last time I went in which is incredibly unprofessional. She wasn’t at all pleasant to deal with. Unsure of why this person is still at this store where customer service should be a priority. If I could give less than one star I would.

I recently had a positive experience at Rexall drugstore when I got my flu shot. The pharmacy wasn't very busy, and the pharmacy manager stood out for her kindness and professionalism. She even went above and beyond to assist me in securing an earlier appointment. Overall, I'm thrilled with my experience at Rexall.
