Just lost mine and my shops business. Over warranty…. Claiming modified suspension is what caused the failure of the axle when my own cars and multiple of my customers cars have had failures with the same brand. Even tho there on stock suspension. the parts associate clearly doesn’t understand drive train angles and how you can modify suspension and drivetrains to retain factory driveline angles. Not to mention the failure point is the cheep hardware that’s included in the axles. backs out over time causing the axle to come off the car, even when torqued to spec.I’ll be taking thousands of dollars of business elsewhere to the many other parts suppliers available

Bought a ball joint for my car incase i needed it and used cash. Then walked back to echange it 2 days later but was told there was a problem. They usually return your money how ever it was purchased but in this case I was told because I don't have a debit card on me, its my fault i cant get my money back. I told the guy he means to say because they dont have the cash i dont get my money back. They need better customer service training

Helpful, but very expensive. 'I needed a replacement cabin air filter for my BMW and was going to order from Amazon, but delivery was 7-10 days. I called and they indicated availability in 2 days. Stupidly I assumed the cost would be roughly equivalent. When I called to pick up the part it cost $66 - about the cost of an oem BMW part and over 2-3 times the cost of an equivalent part ordered online. Lesson learned.

I needed a small Y Connection for my Windshield Washer Assembly. Steve (Parts Advisor) spent the time to rifle through drawers to find me one and saved me from having to special order a $50 Assembly from the Dealer. Always friendly and helpful Service at this Store. Good Job

Needed to replace wiper blades. They asked how long ago I had them replaced & asked if I had the receipt. Receipt found & wipers replaced . They were even nice enough to come out and put them on my vehicle. Thank You !! I have always had great service from them

Saturday afternoon I was in a dilemma. I needed a caliper to replace a faulty one I installed last year. It was 3:30 pm Saturday NAPA and Honda Dealership parts were closed. Canadian tire would take days for curbside pickup. So I googled parts store in the area open on a Saturday afternoon. PartSource popped up and I gave them a call. They had the caliper in stock and it was available for curbside pickup right away. They saved my day!! I highly recommend them for your parts needs!

Terrible customer service. Had a problem with my headlight bulb, wasn't turning completely to seal like the old one. Both staff said they couldn't help me because it's against policy. Wasn't asking for them to replace my headlight, just to come look if I was doing it properly but both staff in an empty store said it was against policy to help. Turns out the old gasket had come off which stopped the new bulb from fitting. Super simple but don't go to this store because they will go out of their way to not help you.
