If could give it a ZERO I WOULD ! staff have zero knowledge. The store is filthy and the animals live in poor conditions. They have horrible food selection and the prices are horrible. Animals are dying and are hanging on by a thread. Living in small cages killing each other. Birds are stressed and pacing around. Hamsters are clustered on top of each other and are held in a 10 gal tank with 20 or more in those tanks. The SMELL IS HORRIBLE and the floors are filthy(picked my dog off the floor grows) this store needs to be shut down and the owner shouldn’t ever be able to sell animals again!

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS PLACE! By far the worst conditions i’ve seen any animals living in… it absolutely broke my heart walking into this store seeing an assortment of animals barely even alive struggling to get to their water bowls and hyperventilating. living in extremely overcrowded conditions in a very hot and unregulated environment. not to mention the prices suck and the place stinks. please find a better option to purchase anything pet related as this place needs to be shut down.

Rip off. Don’t waste your hard earned money here. Prices change daily. .69 for feeder fish last week .99 this week 4.99 for feeder rats now 9.99. Light bulb 75 watt 20.99 on price tag owner try’s to ring in 21.99. Garbage service garbage store. Go anywhere else.

Always friendly and well priced. But the store is very dirty. It needs a very good top to bottom clean and regular maintenance going forward. Birds also in smaller cages and require more room..

If I could give zero stars, I would. PLEASE don't support this store! They treat their live animals horribly, overcrowding in unsuitable conditions, breeding with little to no care, letting sick animals and motherless babies die of starvation or disease slowly in their cages (no quarantine or care) and then selling them as feeders for other species, improper disposal of deceased, diseased adult animals (they throw them in the garbage - no testing, etc). I wouldn't even buy feeders for reptiles from here since you may be buying an animal that died from disease in their care that they then froze to resell. This is routine practice at this store! All of this is verified information from a former co-op student.

I started up a new fish tank recently. I was disgusted at PetSmart by the condition of their tanks and fish. Niagara Pet Corner had clean tanks and healthy fish for much better prices. They’ve been at it a long time and care about the conditions they keep their animals in.

My family has been coming here for years for our animal supplies, reptiles and fish! I recommend this store to anyone! I go to other stores for fish however the other stores sell more ciclids than anything... I have a peaceful community tank and find this has more to offer than the others.
