“I went to this store, told him it was my daughter birthday, he said he could fix it for 200$, when I went back to take it back it was smashed and then he wanted me to pay for the front camera and two sensors he broke, or took from my item, said it now costed 280. “I had a horrible day today, at least it started out that way. I travelled to the Font Hill area today to stay at a friends house and I noticed I had no cell service since I got up this morning. I was a little irritated, but continued on, thinking it would be restored soon... It wasn't. I was far from home, no internet, no cell service, rapidly becoming more than irritated. I found out there was a Telus store about 10 minutes away from where I was, so I headed there in what could only be called a foul mood. When I arrived at the store, I was greeted by Radin, with a smile. I apologized in advance for my mood, knowing it wasn't his fault that my phone didn't work. I am so impressed with how hard he worked to find the problem with my phone, all the while making it easy for me to calm down and trust he was doing his best. Enter Alex, the Manager. Between Alex and Radin, within a short time, the issue with my phone was figured out, and I was being set up with a new phone and feeling pretty spoiled in the process. I'll be honest, I was ready to pack it in with Telus because I was so frustrated. But with a Manager like Alex there to talk me through the stress and calm me down, and an associate like Radin there doing everything possible to resolve the problem, not only am I happy to stay with Telus, but I'll happily drive the extra distance to The Seaway Mall for the best customer service around. My day may have started out horrible, but these two gentlemen made sure that I was happy by the time I left the store... THAT's what real customer service is about. Thank You Alex and Radin.”
“Went to St. Catharines Rogers store had issues headed back to Welland and got the phone that I wanted. Absolutely amazing experience. Everybody in that store was absolutely amazing. Treated me really respectfully and great helped me get the phone. I wanted no issue whatsoever had nothing but issues at the one at St. Catharines at the Penn center. I recommend the all-in-one highly St. Catherine's one suck shit”
