Not sure who is running this place, but they should not be in business or should change their hiring practices. Went in to purchase a toner cartridge that was listed on the website for $39.99. The guy at the store told me the price was $59. I asked him why there is a price difference and the answer I received was " the website is screwing the brick and mortar". To which I replied "nobody is going to buy from you if your prices don't match your website". He did not care one iota. To add insult to injury, the place looked like it was straight out of the 70's and looked like it hadn't been cleaned since. Smelled like a cigarette and had massive, nasty stains on the ceiling. Like, if you are going to rip people off, at least be clean about it. Save your money, and go to the one in Hamilton as I have had good experiences there.
