Getting a simple quote is impossible. Between the two employees they have working at this location, neither are able to lay out basic pricing or give you a clear idea of quantity discounts. They only read the first sentence of emails and reply to you with little to no information. They also don't sign emails, so you have no idea who your speaking with and when you arrive in person they blame the lack of communication on eachother.I basically had to piece together all their "pricing" and fees they gave me one by one, and add everything together to provide myself my own quote, despite asking for a final total over 3 times. Do they know how to add and calculate tax?After confirmation of price from a mystery person who replies to their emails, I arrive in person with my order, and was given a different price. Again, i asked if they are able to give me a legitimate quote and was replied to with a rude tone "we can". SO DO IT. What magic word do I have to say in order to make this happen? Why wasn't I given a clear pirce description if they have a tier system for quantity? Is this really how they conduct business daily? This was not a pleasent experience, they are not friendly or helpful. Unprofessional employees.

Terrible experience there dtg printing comes out so faded looking and after one wash it gets worse ... also you think they woukd let you mo there sizing is way larger then what it is .. example a medium shirt is more like a large anywhere else . I baught 40 shirts and havent been more dissapointed.. total waste of my money ive been goving away the 20$ shirts for free.

this is the second time i have dealt with instant imprints. the first time there was a misspelling on one of the items. i took it back and they fixed it like it had never been there. the second time i got my items not only quickly but also done so expertly that many people at our function requested the name of the company that did the work. bravo!

Trash shop print your things at staples a library or any Tshirt shop. Inconsistent customer service and no resolve.Submitted pamphlet template with trim lines... they didn't provide me a preview or inform me they do not trim images or pamphlets.... the owner comes out says there's nothing they can do.... I paid 60$ for 100 8.5x11 color prints that I can't do anything with but start a fire.All I got from the store was sorry, we just print the pictures you give us...Clearly there's absolutely nothing special a about this place use it to last minute print things en mass but even then they have a hard time keeping a schedule.AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!! ONLY USE AS LAST RESORT!!!!

The owner Suchin was very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to choosing the right type of print for my business cards. I am thrilled with the way they turned out! Great quality and they were ready in a few days. Great all around service. I will be back and recommending Insant Imprints in Welland to any one that I know looking for business cards and/or logos.

What a great business!!! I called and asked for custom T-shirts and stickers for my sons Hockey Coaches for year end Thank you gifts. In just a couple days they had my order ready. They were so nice and very helpful with my custom design and prices were very reasonable!! Thank you so much, will definitely be ordering again from them. 5 stars for sure!!!
