Terrible experience DO NOT BUY ANYTHING they will lie to you about everything trashed my house on delivery tried to leave the couch outside tried to cut a hole in my ceiling when I called to ask about how they can rectify the experience they hung up on us, the worst customer service I've experienced

This store has the worst customer service of any place I have ever shopped. We ordered a sofa last November, when it was delivered it was not at all the same sofa as the one in the store. After an extended battle to even try to get hold of someone, they finally agreed to take it back and only offered a store credit. We ordered a different sofa and were informed 8 weeks ago it arrived. Then it was another battle to get the exchange done. Week after week we were promised it would happen and finally we rented a trailer and did our own exchange. Never again will I set foot in that store.

I have been dealing with this store for several months they really value there products they sell and have Barb, Denise and Connie are all very outgoing and will do whatever it takes to make you happy.

Buyers beware....DONT EVER purchase from this company... The delievery service they have is terrible they will DESTROY your walls and do nothing to fix it and on top of that try to blame you and say they should have charged more for the delievery to the basement on a raised bungalow. I also called them and left my information for the manager to call me back and they never did return my call.

Excellent service and great furniture. We ordered the couch, loveseat and matching chair. We are very happy that we shopped here! The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Delivery staff were also very efficient and courteous. We will shop here again.

NO STARS! I ordered 3 couch sets (spent 8 grand in total) in total from this place and will never order again Considering how much money I spent there you would think they would be ensuring their customers are happy. The couch I ordered was made so cheeply and quickly. it was crooked, un-evenly stuffed, had yellow threads throughout which are so visible considering the couch is silver and so many other issues. I have tried for 2 years to get any sort of resolution and they either ignore calls or make empty promises. They wait you out until your warranty expires so that you can't claim anything. I have been so patient, kind and understanding and still received horrible service and am left with an expensive couch that I hate because of how bad it was made/put together. I will never be ordering from there again and encourage you all to read reviews BEFORE you purchase... as I clearly should have done.

Worst customer service i've had EVER. Ordered a couch very neutral in colour, had nothing but issues with delivery, was like they were doing me a favour to bring it into my home. Couch would not fit into my downstairs (our fault for being 2 inches off in measuring) we even removed ceiling and drywall. Store refused to take it back or do an exchange blaming it on covid after 30 hours in a double vaccinated home. 1300 out the window. Gave the couch away to a young family. GO TO LEONS...we were treated far better for half the price. I'd also like to know why so many name changes Home Furniture, Chelsea Furniture, Dock 82...TERRIBLE COMPANY...AVOID THEM

The staff is horrible. They lie about pretty much everything... from the time it will take to receive your furniture to the warranty and everything in between. Their goal is to get you to buy the furniture and then they will never speak to you again after that or try to reconcile any issues including honoring the warranty. They say it will take 6 tp 8 weeks but it will actually take 6 months+ to receive your couch. the warranty is 1 year but they will avoid your calls and take you around the bush until it expires so you can't claim anything. the furniture (normally is OK but with COVID they are rushing everything so very bad quality) is rushed so much that it is made VERY POORLY and they will not do anything to fix it or make you happy. dont buy here. wayfair is much better with the BEST customer service quality and return policies/warranties.

I was extremely disappointed with the service I got from this place. I was told my furniture would take no longer than 6 to 8 weeks. Was in late August to early September. It was finally delivered last Friday at 17:30 December 11th. That delivery was (14 weeks). Add to my frustration the furniture wasn't Canadian made. What a disgrace and disappointment. Good bye you lost one customer. I'll never trust any Canadian Home Furniture ever again.

Go to WAYFAIR instead. The staff and managers (denise and rick) are con artists. they tell you what you want to hear to make a sale and then when you realize everything was lies and you ask for some sort of compensation to make up for horrible furniture, they ignore you and never get back to you. They ignore you for a year so your warranty runs out then tells you there is nothing they can do. they have excuses for everything and never apologize that they made bad quality furniture or that it wasn't how it was supposed to be. instead they make excuses and blame you for all the issues with the furniture. do not support this business or you're supporting their horrible customer service, bad quality furnture, etc.
