After walking into the gigantic store (they literally sell EVERYTHING related to fireplaces, grills, stoves, Barbecues and all of the related accessories) I was greeted by Ian and began browsing all of the options they had on their showroom floor. After agreeing upon a unit, price and installation date, the following steps were just as easy and smooth as the first interaction.

The entire process (sale, installation, payment and follow up) was all professional, my family couldn't have asked for a better experience and/or fireplace.
