Wasn't sure where to park but they do have a small parking lot on the left side of the building. Great people and they make these cool customized LED lights that change colors like the strip lights that your kids have in their bedrooms. 50$ for the one posted here. Worth it!

Went to Harpwood’s for a retirement plaque. Received really friendly service and couldn’t be happier with the final product. Really easy team to work with. Would highly recommend.

Worst customer service ever. I came one month in advance of my special occasion to order a plaque. I was promised that my order would be ready no problem. I had to contact Harpwood's to get a progress report to be told my plaque was on order. I called again to hear that the supplier was very busy. I called again to hear that Harpwood's couldn't call the supplier because the supplier was so busy. Six days before my event there was still no action. I went to another business and had my plaque designed and ready within several days hence. I'm not sure where these positive reviews come from but clearly Harpwood's Trophies did not care about my business or satisfaction.
