Very clean and love their produce section. Only disappointment was a flyer item didn't come in but was happy to hear because they didn't like the quality. That's customer service making sure we get good quality.

I have to say I trust the quality of meat and fresh produce at Fresh
Co more than any other grocery store in Welland except maybe Pupo's. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Thank you !!

This is the Last time I shop at this store. I have been shopping at this location since they opened. Today was the second time I was followed by security around the entire store. I was approached by the security guard when I entered the store, he told me I wasn’t allowed my backpack. I showed him it was my purse and explained I am almost 50 years old and shop here all the time…. He told me to leave it at the front, I said no, it’s my purse! He then followed me around the store… at checkout I asked to speak to a manager and he approached to ask if there was a problem! I told him to stay away from me… the cashier went to get the manager, who was currently acting as a cashier… the manager then walked into the back, leaving me standing there for several minutes… I explained to the cashier I just worked 6 days in a row, then drove 3 hours to get to town, my family was waiting to eat ànd obviously my complaint was non important if the manager went into the back room without as much as a “I’ll be right with you”I am done shopping at a store that views me as a theft, i will spend my $1200 for groceries per month elsewhere . Makes me sick! I am a hard worker Canadian and I just got treated like as a thief! Never again

Indian security has a incompatice problem, will never shop there again! Also has no options, Walmart is better. Don't go here!!

Honestly this store has gone down the drain. The security guard there is very predatory like. He kept following me and my daughter around. I’ve never ever felt so uncomfortable before.
