Where do I begin? The man working wasn’t friendly, I brought in a bunch of old video games my nephew doesn’t play with and they offered me barely anything for games worth like 5x the price, I get it’s a pawn shop but really? Place also smelt like cat piss.

Low balls on every item, sells damaged and stolen merchandise for marked up prices, and they have asbestos so horribly that you smell it upon entry. Filthy store, rude employees, terrible business.

The selection is nice and pretty nicely organized for a pawn shop.I personally love going to these places for a fun niche purchase and play the barter game.I’m not pushy by any means. Something listed for $50 yeah I may come in $35 but a counter offer at $49 I still would have bought the item. ( it’s the principle)I had the impression theyd rather be chatting with each other than wanting to sell.Walked out for that reason alone.Maybe next time

Ive been a customer here for quite a few years, I can honestly say, the 'cell magic' phone shop located inside east main exchange is awesome. The man that runs it is super nice and almost always willing to give you a bit extra off of the advertised price when purchasing a phone. As for repairs I havnt got any done personally but ive heard good things. If this was just for Cell Magic id give 5☆ all day long!! I only gave 3 stars because of the pawn shop section i find isnt very fair when it comes to purchasing your items. I think that they are trained to know that anyone coming in there to sell or pawn stuff, is obviously in need of cash, pretty badly..so they offer you a really low amount for your stuff no matter what its worth. Its not ever very fair amounts of $$ for your items. They could be brand new and still the price they offer is less then 40% of the value. I believe they take advantage of customers in that aspect, because they know that you wouldnt be in there selling or pawning your things without being in a financial jam in the first place, well most people wouldnt be doing it otherwise, right? So I guess its the upside of being in that buisness for the owners, yes. But they dont need to take advantage as much as they do. Esspecially when its stuff thats in high demand. It just really sucks when you see something in their case for sale for 350-400$. And you bring in the exact same item ...just to be offered 80-100$ for yours..(yes im serious,lol) you're in a tight spot as is, and in need of cash immediately pretty bad. It sucks to see your stuff on sale for 3-400 the next day after being paid 80-100 for it. Esspecially when you are a good customer who spends a lot of money there. But hey, thats why its called the hawk shop lol

This is a Family owned store that has always given me great deals on anything I have purchased from them.They give conditions of a sale and once you accept the deal they will honour it.Straight forward, honest and willing to answer any questions you may have regarding an item you are interested in. 5 Stars.

Great place if you’re looking for retro games. Prices are fair. Picked up Sonic 3 and Sonic & Knuckles for around 65 bucks total while they usually go for around 140. Staff are nice and respectful. Overall a great place plus it’s local so if I’m ever wanting to pick up some retro games it’s only a short walk. Will be returning as a customer

Extremely hostile employees. Got assaulted many owner on way out. They will rob you for everything you have. These guys will give you nothing for you things
