My ring I brought in needed to be made bigger by 2 sizes. It also had a TINY zircon stone that popped out. They fixed my ring and added the stone (I think for free which was so kind) and the ring looked better than the day I bought it. They also re-dipped it in the rose gold because it was technically a silver ring and it looks perfect. 100% reccomend. Also heard good things about this place from people I consider very truthful. Also the price they gave me was very reasonable. Check em out! THANKS GUYS FOR DOING SUCH A GREAT JOB!

My husband came in with a few coins. We researched them, they had value. We wanted an opinion from a "specialist ". The man behind the desk didn't even take them out to look a them. He just glanced at the bag ins said "face value".
How could he tell that whe he didn't look at them, he had no idea the date on them etc. Not professional at all. Will never
recommend this business.

I am a customer at your location. When I am in your area I drop by and always make a purchase. The service has always been friendly and exceptional. I was just on your website and noticed that your paper money that I normally purchase , the pricing is now changed to US dollars? Why would you not list both currencies, Canadian and US dollars. In my opinion being in the business world myself that doesn't make much sense. What was your reasoning behind this? I am sure there are many more local customers like myself that pay in Canadian dollars. I gave you a three star based on the service when I am in your store as it has always been excellent, however your decision on the currency change I am sorry to say that I give you a 0 based on a bad decision.

Could buy the same coins elsewhere cheaper. They have a good and varied collection of coins to buy, I have been buying off their website for quite some time and spent a significant amount over time. I went to a few places to sell a few coins i had gotten off of CoinsUnlimited their for 260$, 235$ and 120$, didn’t even get 50% of their price anywhere. I’d understand if the difference in price was 15-20% over but 50-60% is really pushing it. It was my mistake for falling for their prices, but will certainly think twice before buying again.
