I always love going to Canadian tire. Prices are pretty good, it's always clean and the clearance rack for cheap paint is a bonus. I purchased 1Gallon of mistint blue paint for 20$ and 1 quart of platinum paint for 10$. Big parking lot and I always find what I'm looking for.

Came in to return a couple of items, the people at the return desk wouldn't complete the return on a different card. I work in retail myself and I know for a fact that it doesn't matter on which card it goes back on. That policy is arbitrary and seems to be enforced on a customer to customer basis. I will be back with my wife and her card to get the refund but that will be the last time I visit this location. There is a Walmart and a Rona in the same plaza that will be getting my business.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service my husband and I received at your location on Friday. A young, tall employee with brown hair provided us with horrible service and made our experience very uncomfortable.
We have always trusted Canadian Tire for its good service, but this incident was very disappointing. I hope this issue will be addressed to prevent future occurrences.

Purchased new calipers at a different location, one of the boxes contained the wrong caliper (fronts instead of rears), that location didnt have any more in stock to correct this so we went to this location and the exchange was so easy with the parts departments assistance.

Love Canadian Tire and the consistency of everything from cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff, well stocked and easy to navigate the isles that are organized and not cluttered with overstocked or damaged products...even if I can't find what I came in for I always leave with something cool and unique....I'd love to work at Canadian tire when I retire one day lol....just a true feel good Canadian vibe ?
