UPDATE: Found a different number on the bottom of my invoice that was not listed on social media, their website or google (which when searched comes up as a medical centre and construction company but not this business). When I spoke to the person they said they could cancel the autopay and when I asked if they needed my info they said no…so i’m hoping they do figure it out. Still do not recommend at all since it has been a headache getting ahold of someone for something that should have been so simple.TL;DR version - Do NOT use this business. Paid online, business automatically sets up auto payment with no option to cancel online and now no one will contact me back after leaving messages to cancel at least the auto payment if not get a full refund. Don’t even know if the place is open.DO NOT rent a storage unit from them online…or at all with this kind of communication and shady business practice. I rented a unit last week because my fiancé and I are moving to town and the website plus google said open. We drove over after reserving the unit only to find the office closed, and when we went to our assigned locker there was a lock on it and no instruction to gain access.The worst part is the online system makes you pay and automatically enrolls you into auto payments with no option to stop them unless you call. I have tried repeatedly to get in contact with multiple messages left and have received no response.At this point I’m convinced this place is no longer in business but have kept the online payment system and site up for whatever reason.I now have to call my bank to 1. Try to dispute the payment and 2. Place a stop payment to try to get them to stop the auto payments...I hope I don’t have to do this monthly.If I could give zero stars I would!
