Don’t usually like doing this, but have to say something.
Stopped in for a tank of fuel, politely and very clearly stated it needs to be premium. I was driving a car that is performance tuned and requires premium gasoline. It lacks some of the protections normal cars have, and will not react well to regular fuel.
Upon checking the receipt thinking it was a little on the cheap side, the receipt said bronze fuel.
Went inside to ask the attendant; he said he was certain he pushed the correct button on the pump and simply entered it into the till incorrectly. I accepted this answer and left. After about two minutes of thought, I determined that I was not only not listened to, but then lied to as well.
The numbers are displayed right on the pump itself. You can’t enter it wrong in the computer. The pump itself said 57L and $84. The math says I was lied to.
So I have a big problem now, and would have just taken my lumps and fixed it later, and not said anything… but the lying to my face was a little much.
Stick to self serve, because if you want it done right, you have to do it yourself.

This gas station customer service is amazing! The experience is the best along with the full service fill up they provide. If I’m traveling to Canada on the 402 again, I’m stopping just to get snacks and have that experience again. They are extremely friendly and helpful people.

The owner here is really kind, she has great customer service, and she really helped us with a sticky situation. I am so grateful I came here for my gas! Would definitely recommend everyone to coming here!!

I've never been to a gas station where they fill your gas for you before, but they do here and the guy that helped me was one of the friendliest customer service folks I've ever had. Not sure if he's the owner or just an employee, but he was clearly a hard worker with a fantastic attitude.

I was stuck here one night because the Google reviews said that it was open 24 hours. It was the closest gas station to me running out of gas, so I went there off the highway. Unfortunately I had to call CAA because the pumps do not allow credit cards. I’m sure the actual gas station is wonderful and the owners are very nice. However, it was a pretty traumatic experience at 1 AM. The gas station is not open 24 hours a day.

Pulled in here with a diesel pickup ... at any normal gas station the yellow nozzle is for diesel .... but apparently not at this station...pumps are marked extremely poor .. and have the wrong color nozzle
Long story short I needed too get a tow and get my tank drained ....
