There is no one picking up the calls for pc express pickups. It has happened quite a few times now. Seems like their employees don’t have a time to pick up the calls or they are short staffed.

I purchased an Assorted sub on Saturday Sept 21 & the salami still had the casing on it & there was 1 single tomato on the sub. I had to remove the salami casing before I could eat my sub.

One person can make a difference. We were shopping for groceries for my son's return to school. We needed a milk jug to hold milk bags. I asked one of the staff.
She was very friendly and helpful. She took me to two different aisles, but didn't find jugs. She said that apparently they didn't have any. I thanked her and moved on.
She found us 5 minutes later and had a jug in her hands. What an act of kindness: looking through the store to find us.
The store is great. Everything is clean and fresh.
Prices are slightly above average, but the quality is well above average. And they have some good deals, too.

Food court section is terable. Is nothing there to choice for. Old chicken drums, dry as hell. No veggies, nothing.

This is a very convenient grocer to shop at. Fresh produce and good choices of grocery items. They have fresh flowers, cooked food choices and a deli.

I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at this store. When an item wouldn't scan, the cashier asked if I knew the price. I didn't remember, so another employee opened the box and scanned each item individually, claiming they weren't sold as a box. This felt accusatory, as if I was attempting to steal.
To avoid holding up the line, I paid the inflated price of ~$28, placed my groceries in the car, and returned to the store. I took a photo of the shelf price, which was ~$11, and showed it to the cashier. She directed me to customer service, where the representative was dismissive and condescending. Despite clear evidence, she lectured me about reading barcode numbers, failing to acknowledge the pricing error.
Her logic implied I should pay ~$110 for a box of 10, but ~$28 if bought individually, which makes no sense. Moreover, I noticed she was friendly with previous customers but became unfriendly with me, giving off a discriminatory vibe.
Overall, the service was poor, the staff lacked basic math skills, and the treatment was disrespectful. I won't be returning unless we have to, we live across the street so it's disappointing that we have to now drive further down the street due to bad service.
