The staff don’t fold clothes at the check out. They just pass to you in a pile after paying. It’s pretty off putting. Worse than a thrift store how they pass the paid merchandise to you. And twice the staff have double charged me for items. Clearly there’s no competent manager working here to allow staff to do this. It’s by far the most disappointing location in KW area.

This new Winners location has a fantastic selection of clothing, offering everything from casual wear to stylish, on-trend pieces. The store layout is clean and easy to navigate, making shopping enjoyable. However, for a discount store, some of the prices feel a bit on the higher side. While the quality is good, I expected slightly lower prices given the brand’s reputation for deals. Still, the variety and quality make it worth a visit if you’re looking for fashionable finds.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Customer service is terrible, went to buy some clothes. The cashier which was a guy did not say hello , no interaction what so ever, did not even look at me, he slowly scanned the clothes.
Companies need to pay more attention to the people they are hiring , specially when they are dealing with customers.
Terrible.

Went in for their grand opening and very disappointed. Walked around the store with over 20 employees on the floor, not to mention 5 people at the front, and got zero service. Not even a HELLO, get it together. Maybe with a grand opening, you would want to make a better impression. I'm not going to return! Waste of payroll!

Had a great shopping experience at Winners! The store was impressively well-organized, making it easy to find what I was looking for without any hassle. The staff were helpful. Definitely recommend stopping by if you're in the area and looking for good deals in a pleasant shopping environment.

An absolutely delightful shopping experience at Winners! The store’s environment is immaculate and inviting, creating a serene shopping atmosphere. I’ve consistently found some incredible deals here, truly unbeatable in price. A standout aspect is the customer service, especially noteworthy is Alison at the front. Her warmth and friendliness significantly enhance the shopping experience. While I’m giving a well-deserved 4 stars, with a wider variety of their already beautiful and unique items, this place could easily soar to perfection. The uniqueness of their products always makes each visit a fresh adventure!
