I am writing to express my disappointment with the behavior of one of your customer representatives. While my friend and I were browsing through the t-shirts, she approached us in a rude tone and said, 'Do not put the t-shirts like that.' However, we were simply trying to find our required size, which necessitated taking the t-shirts off the rack. I observed that other customers were doing the same thing, and there were two staff members standing nearby who didn't seem to have an issue with it. Despite this, the representative singled us out, and I felt discriminated against because of our ethnicity, assuming we couldn't afford the t-shirts. However, we proceeded to purchase the t-shirts to prove a point - not to underestimate anyone based on their appearance.

I purchased pants for my 11-year-old son yesterday. The length of the pants was fine, but they were too loose from the belt. Today, I returned to the store with the products' price tags and the receipt, explaining that I needed a refund because I couldn't find anything suitable for my son there. They refused my request. I asked to speak to the manager or for their customer service number. The person on the phone claimed to be the manager and the customer representative. She abruptly hung up on me. I intend to get my money back and share negative reviews everywhere until they apologize. This is an unacceptable and unethical policy that I have ever encountered!

Very friendly staff. Clothes were also of decent price. They were not thag expensive. I mean you can get a jeans for 10$ which for students who are not in a position to spend lavishly can go to this store to buy some decent clothes.
