Tried to return shoes for my job that were very uncomfortable to wear and should not be sold to begin with. They refused to return it. The manager had poor attitude, and the customer service were useless. I had to wait 15 minutes for the manager because "he was counting his money". There are plenty of superstores in KW, go shop there instead.
I also, had items stolen from my vehicle while I was shopping there one time, and yes the manager was useless to help me with my case, so it's not even a safe location to shop there.

The staff were generally friendly, the prices are cheap, and I found most of what I wanted.
However they were out of stock for one thing on my shopping list so that was annoying.

This Walmart has the dirtiest and always broken washrooms. Bad smells, NOT clean baths. See the picture. The administration doesn’t fix things. Very Bad

non removal of recalled products and bloated baby food pouches. this past year ive gotten over 100$ worth recalled products 80$ of which was during the nutramagin formula recall. this past recall i got just the other day after the recall date on wonderbread products. the past 3 months all the parents choice food pouches were bloated. and i mean totally bloated and shouldnt be sold; the whole shelf. why was that even accepted and put on the shelf? especially baby food! and I had to search through the back of the shelf to find 5 non bloated love child brand baby food pouches. the top should be able to be pressed flat. if not and theres any air building up its gone bad or has bacterial growth. like botulism.

Just horrible.
•Employees will just come up behind you after you're done checking out and rate themselves a 5 star service, when I'm the one who should do that. They don't even talk to me, look at me when doing it.
•There is a middle age lady who always comes up bothering me (and everyone else) about a mastercard or something, even though I tell her no politely, she keeps doing it.
•I wonder if they just don't have enough stuff to sell sometimes, because the shelves are never stocked as they should. When I ask for directions for badly placed products, I never get a friendly response, and the aisles are impossibly tight.
•The self checkouts are almost never working except for a few, and all the employees there are rude. Most of the employees are there keeping watch, so it's hard to find one in the rest of the store for help.
•I had to fight to return something I was absolutely allowed to return, I had even checked the store policy in advance. No reason why, just kept saying no without listening to me.
•Every. Single. Time. I go here, it's a bad experience. Try to avoid coming here if you possibly can. If I could give negative stars, I would.

I will never go to this Walmart again. When I was putting my groceries on the conveyor belt, I heard something fall and said to my son, "Did I drop something?" The cashier crouched down on her side to get something and I saw that it was one of those checkout dividers. She violently THREW it to where the end of my groceries were. I was so shocked. Why was she so angry? I wasn't the one who dropped it.
She also never looked at me, never greeted me, never smiled, and never said thank you at the end. I wanted to know what her name was, but the tag hanging from her lanyard was flipped over.
Also, when I first arrived at the store the Walmart "greeter" was talking to two of his friends and never even looked at me. Where does Walmart find these people? I've always hated this location but after today I'll never go there again.
