When my fridge & freezer failed just before Christmas, I needed a replacement quickly. I called Tri-City just before lunch and they had a fridge in my garage at 4:00. Excellent service.

There is mildew all over the rubber door seal.It is too heavy I cannot even clean it.This company said “common question” and no method to deal with it. They cannot change the rubber. DO NOT RENT THE WASHER FORM HERE!!

I rented a laundry machine and a dryer from here, the installation was great and the gentlemen who set it up was very kind.However, after running 2 cycles the machine started smelling bad and I called the company. They said it was because all front load washers get mold in them and that we should try fixing it with bleach. My question is why are we getting a machine with mold in it? The smell is unbearable.

Quick delivery, everything worked well regarding the appliances. However, the microwave I received was a bit dirty, but overall it was alright.

Horrible rental owner never heat hot water at Weber st 56 tows my roommate asking for car parking for three years gives new renters an Xtra spot even though we been asking very horrible last three years horrible never give him a recomidation ever horrible three years with tows and no hot water heat

I would not recommend renting any audio equipment from them. They gave me an old dirty & poor sounding speaker system. When I wanted to return it right away they refused to give me my money back even though I was not happy with it. They were super rude to me. Definately not people I will do business with ever again.
