At checkout she proceeded to talk over the person checking me out when she was speaking to me...
she shouldn't be there.

I thought this was an outlet not a independent grocher. Like zehrs pricing is hyper inflated while quality is the same louzy as you'll get anywhere. All sales guy said was go check out our discount store at sunrise centre. Thanks but I live in North Waterloo not SW Kitchener!

My mother and I came to shop for shoes for her and the staff members were so lovely! Violetta on staff generously showed me the shoe polish and allowed me to try it on my blundstones. (My Blundstones I was wearing today were looking quite worn) I honestly have been debating spending $300 on a new pair and keeping these ones for casual wear but now my blundstones are looking brand new! Thank you so much!

They have a very nice variety of brands, however the prices are not quite what an outlet mall should have, in my opinion. You can find the same brands on Amazon for better prices, and they are being delivered to you doorstep. A lot of stores do not have the idea that there are online stores that are a very strong competition, or they do, and they take advantage of the population that does not know. A bit sad ...

Took my 95 year old mother in there today and Don, the manager, and Sheryl, were so very helpful and kind to my mom. Great selection, great staff! Highly recommend!
