Sourav provided exceptional service during the Black Friday(Nov-24) rush at the store. Despite the busy atmosphere, he remained calm and took the time to guide us through the various iPhone deals. Edit: The source HQ sent me a replacement to the steam gift cards. Dawn C from customer care was very helpful. I recommend confirming with the cashier that any physical gift card you buy has been activated before leaving the store.Original: I got 100 dollars worth of steam gift cards that were NOT ACTIVATED by the cashier (Tamjid, got their name from the receipt). Well I live in Montreal and the only way to activate 100 dollars worth of Christmas gifts is to come in-person to the store, la source in Montreal refused to activate these steam gift cards because of potential fraud reasons. Can’t understand how can someone be so incompetent as a cashier in the source. Me and my family will never buy anything from this branch again.
