Great pharmacy, great service, very friendly, very clean, and convenient to all the doctors offices in the building. They also have Testosterone therapy kits / supplies and also will often have walk-in Flu shots. Highly recommended.

Pharmacist very helpful and approachable with questions and concerns. Front desk person, however, has some questionable behaviours I've seen over the last year of going to this pharmacy.
It would seem my medication has been conversed amongst some of the staff, as remarks have been made about said medication to me from individuals I have not interacted with (who were aware of exactly what I am taking).
Regardless of that, the person I typically deal with has shown signs of being judgemental and in ways aggressive. When trying to organize a possible alternative to a new medication that was not covered, her judgement got in the way of effectively completing her job. Mentioning "is your medication for *this*, cause it doesn't work for that and wont" ... which, while I understand inquiring might be necessary in this position, offering an uneducated opinion is not. What my medication is for and what conversations I have with my doctor are between me and my doctor. It was unnecessary for her to inflict an opinion, that was more of a micro aggression.
I have had a sense of her judgement before, as I have gone here many times. I don't typically care about others judgements or opinions, but her behaviour the other day warranted a shift in my approach to this issue. Best inform anyone who prefers discrepancy, non judgement, and welcoming atmosphere, that this might not be the spot.
*** Had a conversation with the owner, who had given me a call about 40 min after my post. It was clear they were upset to hear about my experience, and assured me that they'd be working on things internally so that this wouldn't occur again. I had a sense that they were genuine in their hopes of creating a safe and inclusive environment for all, and that they would be speaking with not only this stores customer service representatives; but they'd extend the importance of inclusivity over to their other location. I feel confident in this establishments ability to incorporate DEI processes.

They gave me my wrong medicine so that's why I'm giving this pharmacy only 2 stars because of there mistake I all night kept tossing and turning last night
My medicine will now be at the Shoppers drug mart near where I live
I'm very angry because of there mistake I'm too tired to even make it to my son's birthday party today

Came in needing a medication in the midst of a doctors visit and needed to return to the doc with the vaccine. they helped immediately even though this isn’t our usual pharmacy.
