The beef steaks are tough and chewy even cooked to a rare/medium rare level.

The bacon here is my guilty pleasure. Whenever I'm in vincenzos, the bacon always seems to end up in my basket somehow! Have purchased a couple cuts of beef which have also turned out very well.
