Visited the Conestoga Mall Suzy/Le Chateau store last night to help a close friend find a dress to wear to a couple of fall weddings, including my son's. Although my friend did not find what she was looking for on this visit, the team was attentive and helpful, and did not make her feel pressured to purchase something she didn't love. We will be back to check out new stock in a couple of weeks because we know we will get awesome customer service. A great shopping experience!

Unfortunately, my experience with Nirmala at Suzy Conestoga Mall was extremely disappointing. Not only was her customer service lacking, but her behavior was unprofessional and downright rude. Throughout my interaction with her, she made faces, mocked me with hand gestures, and overall displayed a complete disregard for basic courtesy. Needless to say, I will not be returning to Suzy as long as Nirmala is employed there.

Deceptive Pricing and Poor Customer Service. Avoid Suzy Stores.
We had a disappointing experience at this establishment. Despite advertised discounts, we found that prices were not honored as promised. The staff was rude and unhelpful, and their supposed discount policies were misleading. Furthermore, the lack of a return policy and the strict exchange window only added to the frustration. It's disheartening when a business engages in such ill practices and fails to uphold basic standards of honesty and customer service. Proceed with caution.

I needed a dress asap for my son’s wedding. I stopped in at Suzy Shier. The woman there named Sylvia couldn’t have been any more professional, while at the same time making it feel like I was shopping with a long time friend. I had tried on a few garments, when Sylvia suggested a blue gown, as per mother of the groom tradition. I tried it on, and voila. It was my gown, along with a wrap. I had so many compliments on my dress. Thank you Sylvia for your amazing service. I have always loved Suzy Shier, and associates like Sylvia are why.

Disappointed in the rude customer service I experienced in the dressing room here. During my time trying on clothes I hung the clothes on the door. I was told by the worker who was there that its unacceptable to hang items on the dressing room door. We spent 300$ there and supported their business and felt like her response left me with a unpleasant experience.

Really bad experience with sales associates from last two visits. They didn’t even give enough time to decide and was reminding to hang them back even before deciding. Will not recommend this suzy store to any of my frnds.

The prices are good. The staff was amazing and very helpful. Shahira was very helpful and helped me and my mom to get all we need. She was very fast and smiley all the time. Rulina, the second staff was good as well. It was nice shopping at Suzy Shier shop.

Have always had great success when needing a dress or something a little nicer. The prices are reasonable and there is always some sale on. On my recent visit I think they were very short staffed as we waited quite some time in line to check out. There was one person on cash and one on the dressing rooms. I felt bad as there was a long line to check out and some issues with a specific customer. The employee was apologetic and did her best. A place worth checking out if you can't find a dress somewhere else!
