If you go in the morning before work, give yourself extra time. Only one till open and seniors come in early to get their groceries. Always a wait to buy one product.

A great day started with prayer and music was blessed even further thanks in part to a wonderful experience I had in produce with a Sobeys representative named Mike. He went above and beyond what any employer could possibly ask of an employee. Thank you Mike for speaking to me with respect and kindness. Thank you for teaching me about all kinds of different apples. You have a vast wealth of knowledge you share freely with your customers. A convenient place to shop grocery, open late and with a wide variety. Not an especially good low budget option though.

Competitive prices and staff are always polite and helpful. Absolutely no complaints from a customers perspective. Only problem with me is I always buy more than I intend lol

It's Sobeys! I think they have one of the best selections of quick foods for lunch in town. I love getting my pizza dough from here also, a weekly thing for the family ??
