“I had called ahead about a pair of Steve Madden shoes I couldn’t get in Guelph. The woman on the phone was very helpful and set this shoes aside for me.
When I arrived the store was VERY busy. But a gentlemen approached me almost immediately to help me out. After trying the shoes on they were a little big and I asked for a half size smaller. Even with it being so busy he helped me again immediately and with a smile.
Another gentlemen was working the cash register. He was also very friendly and helpful I signed up with their rewards program.
I didn’t get any names of the 3 employees but they all deserve a raise!”

“I didn’t get the names of the associates today but they were incredibly helpful. The woman was very welcoming when I came in and, after I found heels I liked, the guy helped me figure out the right size and also explore some booties since it was buy 1 get 1 40% off. He was very patient and helped me talk through my indecisiveness. This was particularly refreshing since I don’t feel comfortable with a lot of customer service nowadays as I just don’t know what to expect… and I actually had a kind of rude encounter at a different store earlier. Anyhow, thanks for being kind - I was so happy to walk out with a cute pair of heels and booties for a decent price !”
