I’ve been going to this store for years. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. They have some of the best prices in KW and the store is laid out well. I find it comfort my when I go in there. Often over the years I tell them an issue I’m having and they are able to recommend something to help and even explain what it is and how it helps. They are always willing to answer questions. They carry all the premier brands. They are my favourite store.

Great Prices! I recently moved back to Waterloo and was having a tough time finding my New Zealand Isolate protein. I was not only happy to find a store that carried it, but was shocked how amazing the price was (especially considering the state of inflation in 2022). If you have specific brands of Supplements that you use, I would absolutely check out S&H for pricing. P.s. Staff was helpful and friendly.

I'm really glad that this store honours mask exemptions and doesn't break the law by discriminating against people who can't wear masks. I have been harassed by other stores for not being able to wear a mask and I have had to call bylaw on them. Discriminating against people with disabilities goes against the Ontario human rights code.

Looks like looking at your phone is more important than customer care. I kept asking questions about certain brands and all I got was radio silence. Needed to buy something because I was in a rush. If I wasn’t I could of just bought it online somewhere else.

It's a good thing there are a lot of cameras to watch the customers because the sales staff certainly are not. Both of the staff sat at the counter looking into their phones and didn't even acknowledge me. Not going back

Average businesses don't realize that it's sometimes their own employees that kill or cause business failure.
A recent attempt to buy something at the Ottawa Street location, and having to deal with the fat lady with the blonde hair I have decided do not ever shop at S&H Health Food retail outlets again.

I have been to this store several times and one of the sales clerk is friendly and helpful today however I had the misfortune of dealing with the younger female sales clerk. I left the store without purchasing anything because I was so frustrated by her rudeness. She was abrupt and dismissive, she would not give me any advice on their product and her whole demeanor was negative. I like this store but I will never be back if I see this girl working there again.
