I had a very pleaseant experince at this store. The items that I was looking for were not on display and one of the associates (Pushpa) patiently helped me locate them (which were in a drawer); and then when we relaized that they did not carry my desired size and color at the store, she helped me order them online with no extra charge. I felt that the staff were very much invested in providing a high level of customer care during a busy season/time. I was also very happy with that quality of the products and their prices.

For my money this is THE place at Conestoga for nicer-quality menswear. Chiller than the suit place, way more interesting and more reasonably priced than the Bay, and way nicer quality than any of the other options.
It is a little weird that EVERY member of the staff seems to have to knock on your door while you're trying things on in the changing room, but you can't win 'em all : P

One of the rudest experiences I have ever had in a store. Will never be back. Came in 10 minutes to closing and the employee was super disrespectful and wanted us out. Will never be back

I was in there tonight and the store assistant manager rushed us out the door. She was not appreciative that we spend money there and just wanted to close the store! She needs some training on how to treat customers who are spending money.0

This happened just now at the closing hours of the store, feb 10, 2024. The closing staff was really rude. Seems like supervisor/manager. The other associate was friendly. We entered the store 5;52pm, aware of the situation that the store is closing just wanted to make a rapid look for the coat which i wanted to purchase(not the same day). I informed the staff that I just want to check the product will not need the cash register. There was an urgency for me that I have to check the product today only. Knowing the fact that i am just checking the product the staff was keep on pushing to go out of the store and these are the exact words of the lady that: “if you are not buying i have to close my store.” I have also worked in fashion retail industry and I do understand the urgency of closing the store but that doesn’t mean you can be rude with your customer and tell them to go out, (things can be said in polite and respectful manner) Later I exited the store at 5:55 PM and what I am aware is that you cannot tell your customers to leave with in working hours even if there is only 2 mins remaining in closing.Clearly killed all my excitement and felt insulting. Surely will not recommend this store to anybody.

Not a great place to shop. I recently had a bad experience at this location from the manager. Manager lady needs to learn about customer service.

RUDE STAFF.My recent Black Friday shopping experience at this store was unfortunately less than satisfactory. The entire transaction left my partner and me feeling disheartened.During the checkout process, the female staff member (Southeast asian. Not trying to be racist) appeared to be quite indifferent and, without apparent cause, exhibited rudeness toward us. This left us with the impression that we were being looked down upon, and the reasons for such treatment remain unclear to us. We observed a lack of friendliness, with no smile or engaging communication skills, which ultimately marred what should have been an enjoyable evening of shopping.The overall encounter has left us with a negative impression, and regrettably, we have decided not to patronize this particular RW & Co. store in the future.

The service is not the same anymore! The rep does not know how the discount % works and makes faces when tries to explain. Did not want to complain so just paid and left!!!!

Yesterday, I visited a store with my friend to shop for some items, and to my surprise, I had no idea that she was employed at one of the chain stores. While we were browsing through clothes, a lady approached her and requested a private conversation. She left to talk with this person, leaving me curious about what was going on. Later, my friend explained that she works at one of the chain store and was asked to assist in folding clothes and checking if customers intended to make a purchase. I found this approach quite perplexing. If she was helping me choose items, why the need for these inquiries? It seemed somewhat impolite and raised questions about her role, perhaps as a supervisor or manager. She was around 5’6” in height, and I couldn’t help but wonder how a reputable brand like RW&CO allowed such interactions. It turns out that I wasn’t the only one who felt this way; others had raised similar concerns in the past. I’m hoping for an apology from her, as this experience left me somewhat uncomfortable. The store is located in Conestoga Mall, Waterloo.
