Had a wonderful experience at the Roger store in Conestoga Mall today. We were upgrading to new phones and the staff could not have been more helpful. I’m so sorry I can’t remember the young lady’s name that was helping us, but she was just lovely. She made sure we were all set up with our new phones and answered any of the questions that we had. We had been In a week earlier to get information on what would work best for us and there was a gentleman helping us that was also extremely informative. Absolutely appreciate all the kindness they showed us and was so impressed with their knowledge. Thanks to both these, employees they made this switch painless for us and we appreciate it.

After a deeply frustrating in-store experience, I will absolutely be switching to Telus. The level of incompetence and disrespect I encountered from an employee named Tanner was unacceptable. It’s difficult to understand how someone so unprofessional could be representing your company. I strongly urge management to review this incident and take appropriate action. If possible, I would rate my experience below one star.

I had an excellent experience at Rogers with Khaled. I was getting a new iPhone set up and transferring my old phone to someone else, which involved a lot of operational steps. Khaled made the whole process easy, smooth, and as frictionless as possible — and on top of that, he saved us a ton of money. Highly recommend Khaled and his superior customer service skills if you need help!

Will lie and say they didn’t receive your online pick-up order even though they have plenty of stock, and tell you to come in and upgrade through them instead so they can make commission and you can pay an extra $80.

Khaled was fantastic. 10/10 experience and lighting fast. Knowledgeable about options. Not pushy at all. Took what is typical an unpleasant experience and made it great.

I visited the Rogers store at Conestoga Mall with my family. Lisa is very welcoming towards all customers. Her attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and multitasking abilities in a very busy environment are truly remarkable.

The original girl that helped me was wonderful, which is why I’m giving the store a two star. However, the issue was with my brand new iPhone 16 Pro and the screen protector not installed properly. Due to the fact I live an hour away I was not able to get back into the store until Monday at which point the young kid working tried to accuse me of dropping my phone, which is not the case at all. The corner of the screen had bubbles and they were not able to get it to stick down. It had absolutely nothing to do with dropping the phone and if it did, it would be covered under warranty I would hope. Not to mention, I also bought a protective case so dropping the phone makes absolutely no sense.Then the same guy continues to tell me it’s not even covered under warranty because there is not a crack in the screen so I guess I’m supposed to go out and crack it with my hands before I try to get a warranty claim? Short story I took it to another Rogers store and they replaced it within five minutes and did not ask any questions. Overall bad experience and I would not recommend going here.

I was at the store to upgrade my phone and was attended to by Madhvi. She was super helpful and was willing to guide me through the new phone setup process. I will recommend Madhiv whenever you visit the store she is the best; her attention to detail and follow up style was delightful to see and experience.
I highly recommend her, and the store.
