Literally too afraid to go near this store due to the LITERAL infestation of spiders hanging in the front of the shop. When I say they must be in the hundreds, I wish I was kidding. I went there a few nights ago, and I yelp screamed when I looked up. I decided I would rather suffer with my discomfort and pass on meds, rather then risk having any of them fall on me while walking in the store. That may sound dramatic of me, but the sheer number of them was insane.

The pharmacists don’t know what they are talking about and they always don’t have the prescriptions that your doctor prescribed they try to get you to choose and get your prescription changed to a more expensive one and they don’t do a follow up to go over the medications that you are on like Shoppers Drug Mart where they try to save you money , they are a micky mouse establishment

Booked for a vaccine, received confirmation. Turned up and no vaccine was available. Apparently a known issue that they have done nothing to fix.

The place appears quite tidy, not overly crowded, and the pharmacy area seems to be relatively quiet. The pharmacists are quite cooperative, and they go out of their way to assist you by accompanying you to the medicine aisle. On one occasion, when there was a shortage of baby Tylenol, the pharmacist provided valuable guidance and directed me to another pharmacy that produces Ibuprofen specifically for babies. This was an extremely helpful gesture from the pharmacist.

The store is fine, it is generally clean, and I have always had good experiences with the pharmacy (though they are not my primary pharmacy in Waterloo). My issue is with a cashier who is often there and will not scan things herself. She also always has an opinion about everything and will talk your ear off and is quite judgemental. I came in with a return well within the 30 days and she started lecturing me about the 30 day return policy rather than just doing the return. I avoid this location when she is on now, or will do self-checkout even if no one is in line.

This is hit or miss. The retail part of this location is good and you can find some good deals. The pharmacy at this location is very busy and you can wait an extended amount of time for your prescriptions to be ready. If you need something fast I suggest you call ahead or find somewhere else. The staff at the pharmacy seem to change and they don't know their clients like you would have a small run pharmacy.

Great experience with the pharmacist! They didn't have the medication in stock that was prescribed and he helped me call around to find a place that did. Amazing service with compassion!

Pharmacy is incredibly rude, and slow. Worst experience I’ve had at a pharmacy by far. When going to check out, I had to hold everything up with the barcode for the person at cash to scan, they wouldn’t touch a single item I brought up to cash. I put cash on the counter to pay, and the employee just looked at me until I put the cash in their hand. Will not be returning. Felt like I was doing my own checkout. Not sure why anyone was even on cash.

I have had two very poor experiences where the pharmacist doesn't want to give me the time of day, seems almost angry to have to answer my question and has no interest in providing me any suggestions. Not very helpful at all

The pharmacist that was working this evening (Oct 20) was super quick to find an ointment for the deep cut on my finger! I walked up to the counter, told him the problem, he walked to the aisle and handed me a cream and told me twice a day and I was on my way! Loved the self serve check out as well. Very quick and easy! Thanks!!
