Terrible ! Why make me drive here for a walk in for a nail trim and find out when I called in the morning that I didn't need an appointment. Then I drive with my dogs anxiety to find out it wouod be 15 minute wait? Understaffed? Maybe? Terrible. If I made an appointment like I wanted ro this could have all been easily avoided.

I don’t know why my pet loves this location. If I bring him to other store, he’s kind of nervous. but if I bring him to this Petsmart, he’s happy and relaxed ? I think staff here really care pets and customers. Thanks!

Asked an employee if they had air conditioning as it was so hot in the store they said they’ve been trying to fix it for years. This is stupid. An ac is a condenser and fan ….poor employees and customers especiallly considering this is the best pet store

This is definitely our favorite petsmart. It's easily one of the best. Clean with friendly and helpful staff.
