I don’t know why my pet loves this location. If I bring him to other store, he’s kind of nervous. but if I bring him to this Petsmart, he’s happy and relaxed ? I think staff here really care pets and customers. Thanks!

Probably the friendliest staff I’ve ever dealt with in a PetSmart. Clean store too.

3 stars because 3 employees were talking. I came thru door one walked by me without as much as a hello and if I needed help. Tye remaining 2 just looked at me. Sorry for interrupting your social. ?
