Unfortunately my company uses petro for its fleet, if I was able to never use a petro gas station again I would!
Attendant on site is completely heartless and has 0 humanity.
While filling gas in my work van I was organizing some stuff in my trailer bin and unfortunately a bottle of solvent was not sealed properly and I got some on the bare skin of my hands and forearm. I asked him where a sink was that I could wash my hands and all he would say to me “there is no public washroom”. I explained to him what happened and he just continued to repeat the same sentence “there is no public washroom” I asked him how he would wash his hands as I have a corrosive solvent on my skin again he repeated “there is no public washroom”
I asked if there was a hose hookup on the building and again he repeated the same infuriating sentence.
Absolutely disgusted and appalled by the complete lack of concern your employ has for someone’s well being. I understand there is no public washroom but what sort of deplorable human being wouldn’t help their fellow man in an emergency situation like this.

I experienced poor customer service and a very hard time selecting gas for My vehicle. I was treated very unfair as well and spoke to very rudely. Never going back there please be advised made a report to there customer service line waiting for response back. (730 Glen Forrest Blvd, Waterloo, ON N2L 4K8)
