I've always gone to this location for many years now, but not worth the grief that I received today. I went to this store yesterday and the cashier "Himanshu" didn't know how to process gift cards and told me to come back today as another lady would be working and she would not be, but I was surprised to see her again and there was indeed another lady there today as well that I know she is familiar with processing gift cards. I waved at her because she was on her way out to make errands as I overheard her talk to one of the suppliers/contractors and Himanshu angrily told me to wait my turn. I wasn't expecting to cut in line. I just wanted the other lady to process my gift cards before she left. ??

Store is supposed to close at 10pm, but front doors were locked at 9pm and cashier was taking orders through a window. If you want to close your store at 9pm, don’t advertise 10pm. Horrible customer service. Just go to shell across the street.

Disappointing Customer service!! Went for a car wash and unfortunately I had to go in to purchase the pass.But the cashier's arrogant attitude left me quite disappointed with the overall customer experience. From the moment I approached the counter, it was evident that the cashier lacked basic courtesy and professionalism. Furthermore the system wasn’t working properly I got stuck inside I can see he can monitor but he didn’t bother to check had to leave and explained what happened and his response was It was my fault I didn’t scan the code but the fact others were having same issues and wants me to go back try again which the wait time rounds up to another 40 min. Had to leave no point. Just read the other reviews and stay away! I hope that the management takes note of this feedback and addresses the issue promptly.

Went to try and buy some items at 9:00pm and store was already locked and employee just stared and ignored me. Store is supposed to be open until 10pm everyday, disappointed in the service here. Will never return.In addition, I ordered UberEats for some snacks from this location, and they got my order wrong.Do not come here.

Although they close at 10pm officially, front doors were locked at like 9pm. Cashier was taking orders through window. I ordered a bottle of gatorade for like 4 dollars and paid. Then few minutes later, friend went buy gatorade, and cashier told him about their promotion: 2 gatorades for 5 dollars while I stared (they had not told me about this promotion). Not cool.

We went to purchase one or two items but she refused to take. She told that it is closed. But closing time is 10:00pm and it was 9:50pm

The front cashier named harmeet is so arogant no customer service.We went to buy 2 things but didnt talked properly and was on phone and told us to wait.Thats how she made us wait.

The service of a bearded cashier was bloody terrible! I went to buy Leto with my friend that he yelled at me to let the person behind me pay first with no reason. I did let the person behind me paid first then I went back again to pay for the Leto. The guy was so rude that he took off his mask (what if he has covid?) and yelled at me again asking me what exactly do I want? It’s not the first time he let the person behind me pay first. Why can Petro-Canada hire this kind of man???
