  I had purchased a bracelet online for my girlfriend, but it was too small. We went in to see if we could exchange for the next size up. April helped us, let us try multiple sizes to ensure proper fitment, and was very friendly - the exchange was seamless and my girlfriend and I left happy. We will be back!
