I was mislead in to buying a 250$ jacket a week prior to Black Friday last year, the salesman lied to me saying that I could buy it then, and return it the next week and buy the same jacket utilizing the Black Friday deals. Accordingly I went to the store on Black Friday weekend and saw the same jacket on 40% discount, went to the counter only to be told rudely that they are not taking any returns.
So far this has been the most I’ve ever felt cheated and I won’t miss a chance to tell any of my friends to reconsider before going to the store.

Great store budget product. The staff were very disrespectful the were all lounging by the cashier talking and laughing very loud the whole time I was in there.

During my recent visit, I noticed an Indian employee making a personal phone call to their mother while on duty. What made this particularly concerning was that there were customers in the store at the time. Is it really appropriate to make personal calls during work hours? This not only seemed highly unprofessional but also negatively affected the overall image of the store and the shopping experience for customers. I hope the Mountain Warehouse team can look into this matter and take appropriate action to ensure such incidents do not happen in the future.

If i could give zero star . Dannica and anjani they were manager at the store according to them and they were very rude. So unprofessional. They were being so difficult . They seriously needs training how to deal costumer.

I recently purchased a backpack from this store, but unfortunately, it turned out to be too small for my needs. When I tried to exchange it for a larger one, the lady in the store made the experience quite unpleasant. Despite the backpack being in perfect condition, she insisted on finding faults and ultimately refused the return. It was clear that this was store policy rather than her personal decision. Overall, I'm disappointed with the service and won't be shopping there again.

I bought ski goggles from this store. They were fogging up and my son almost had a terrible accident. I took them to the store to return or exchange them, they did not return the product and would not solve the problem in any way. The assistant manager was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I’m a long time customer but I will never shop from here again. Absolute garbage customer service.

Please I request you to train your store workers well. I specifically asked if it was waterproof or not and he said it was. Don't mislead your customers into buying your products with wrong information.I went to return the boots but they denied.I suggest anyone looking to buy from them to look for some other brands. They just ruined my winter.
