Fun shopping experience! MINISO is a delightful store filled with unique and affordable items. From cute home decor to practical everyday essentials, there’s something for everyone. The layout is bright and inviting, making it easy to browse. I found some adorable stationery and kitchen gadgets that were perfect for gifts. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. It’s the perfect spot for a little retail therapy or to find quirky, useful products. Highly recommend checking it out!

Disrespectful manager who wears red attire… constantly yelling at customers as well as employees… I request that you investigate your management further and ensure that appropriate actions are taken to prevent disrespectful behaviour in the future. Professionalism and respect should be at the core of every customer service interaction, and I hope to see improvements in this regard at your establishment.
I will NOT be shopping here again.

Used to be a great store for everyone now it's all female related good job cutting out a whole gender of shoppers out of your stored stopped selling most electronics and sound devices very disappointed preached shopping at this place when it opened walked in today relized there's no male products over 8yrs of age and walked out never going back another store ruined

It's a lovely store. Cute items. Very little space to get around but lots of variety. I give it 1 star for how the service was. Came in with my kids and the whole time we were in there,employees were on either end of the isle watching us. Every isle we went in, we were followed. After 10 mins it got very annoying, there were a few things I wanted to get. But seriously every isle I was in I was followed and watched by at least 1-2 employees. Not okay. Left without buying anything. I don't like to be treated like a shoplifter when I have 0 intention to steal.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I was a regular returning a 3 dollar toy because it was BROKEN. I returned it in its original packaging UNOPENED. At the counter i was denied an exchange because i returned it on the 8th day and their policy is a 7 day return.
They absolutely refused to make an exception although they can clearly see the crack in the toy. I had 40 dollars worth of items with me. Left them at the counter and I am never coming back to this place.
Horrendous. You have lost a costumer.

I had a terrible experience at this store. My 7-year-old daughter accidentally knocked over some bottles, but they were fine, and an employee helped us. Despite this, the staff gave us suspicious looks.
At checkout, the cashier was rude and unresponsive. When a toy fell out of its open packaging, she accused my son of opening it, which he couldn't have done. She refused to exchange it, blamed us for dropping it, and then canceled our entire purchase, refusing to sell us anything.
I had to go back and insist on completing the purchase because my daughter was upset. The cashier finally let us pay, but the whole experience was humiliating. We won't be returning to this store again.

Absolutely worst experience. Bought a perfume bottle but upon opening it, realized it was a broken bottle with the perfume spilled inside. When I tried to exchange it, the Junior store manager and a sales associate instead accused me of using it myself, breaking the bottle and now trying to get a new one. Absolutely worst experience ever. Would never recommend it to anyone. One should go ahead and buy the stuff from some other kawaii Or such stores. Hella bad customer service.

I had purchased a Miniso version of a Tamagotchi, it was very clearly defective, resetting itself at random times. When I tried to exchange it, at first the manager tried to tell me it wasn't defective and that was how the game worked, she said it was fine and wouldnt believe what I was saying - then she bounced between telling me that's how it should work and saying she didn't know how it worked and that she had never used one - which was weird. She eventually ended up just walking away after she told me to email in to the head company, so she wouldn't have to pay for it (she must have been the owner?), which also was weird. Over all, it was dumb, trying to get me to keep her defective product so she wouldn't pay for it. Crappy experience for a $6 thing, that probably would have cost them $2.
