Horrible experience here after going to them consistently for 7 or 8 years now. Went in to get a normal winter tire swap, left with tire pressure sensors on (and not turning off), my alignment was off despite paying for it, and the steering wheel was jiggling all over the place. These were winter tires with the rims on them and it took an 1hr 45mins to finish and they still did it wrong. Last time they will ever touch my car - what a waste of time and money.Edit: their management team did NOT reach out to me, that was an outright lie

I got an alignment done after paying for a full set of winter tires. They charged me for the alignment..cool np. When I got the car back the steering wheel was crooked. I just bought this car a week earlier with 50 000 km on it and the wheel was not crooked. I called them right away and they told me to come back and they fix it. They put it on the lift again.. did something I guess. The guy yest drove it and handed it back to me saying it was good. I left the shop and immediately noticed the steering wheel was crooked. Called back and asked if he looked at the wheel when he drove. The mechanic then told me that roads are sloped and cars naturally drift towards the curb.....like crazy stuff. He also mentioned that I should get my control arms inspected on my new certified Honda...I went back a few days later and had it on the lifta again. I offered to pay for two alignments or whatever they wanted just fix the steering wheel. They handed me the car back a third time saying it was good. It was not! I felt like they were gaslighting me... I felt like I was crazy and seeing things. Anyways I got my money back for the alignment and my car to this day has a crooked wheel and I hate looking at it. This is the nicest and most expensive thin I have ever owned and I have to look at this crooked steering wheel every day. I hate it. I hate having to drive with it crooked all the time.

One of the best Kal Tire locations, I bought rims and tires from another location and had to bring the vehicle back because they did not balance the tires properly.I took an appointment at this location for tire rotation and the young chaps Mahinder, and Younes balanced the tires while rotating them.

Visited the week of Dec 18 to get my winter tires changed. They indicated I needed hub centric rings but would still install the tires anyway. Came back 2 days later and they told me that they don’t have the right size of ring and I should check out Canadian tire.How is it possible that a place that specializes in tires is sending me to Canadian tire? So now I have to find these on my own and pay someone else to install. Very disappointing experience.

I had slow leak caused from a screw in a tire I purchased from here a few months before. The awesome service rep fixes it up no charge and they were quick...Highly recommend this spot for tires/tire repair!! The few times I've used them has been great!!

I went to Kal Tire very recently to change the wheels including buying new steel rims & Michelin winter tires & to fix the alignment. Their services were very good & prices were reasonable. This was my first time to Kal Tire. Then I again went there to change engine oil & a full car inspection. They changed the engine oil & told me that my car is drivable, just an issue with motor mount. I need to change the motor mount. I expressed my interest to change it from Kal Tire & they told me that they ask Heffner Toyota for quote & they would reach me afew hours later. They didn't provide me any physical copy of the result of my car's inspection. I returned home but they didn't contact me. Next day I called them. Every call had a long waiting time & a waste of time. They told me they will send me the quote 5minutes later, but they didn't. Very next day I again called them & mentioned that previous day they didn't send me the quote. Again they said they will. Again they didn't. One week later I called them & they spoke to me with a tone like they don't care me. They directly told me my Toyota car is more than ten years old & it is so hard to find any Toyota parts for my car!!! ( My Toyota car's mileage is only 107000km and in great condition). They denied to provide me the physical copy of my car inspection. They said when they find the motor mount, they will contact me. 1 month has passed & they didn't contact me. Very irresponsible & arrogant behaviour from their side.

Absolutely horrible. Send your enemies here. Waterloo, ON location sent me out with one tire at 18 psi after refusing to install the tire size I actually ordered and wasting my time by sending a completion notice before my tires were even on the car.

I went there for wheel alignment.They did it so quickly and did not even bother to check that the alignment had been done properly. Charged us almost $152.55 but not worth it. We had the same issue even after doing alignment and additionally steering also started vibrating.

I went to this shop for car alignment, they charged me $86.61 just for checking and told me my car need RF outer tie rod replacement which will cost $400 approximately, so i went to my local mechanic he changed the rod for $100 including labour, so i called the kal shop again do my car alignment they said as my car got fixed from other mechanic due to that I have to pay full money for car alignment, previous 86.61 can’t be adjusted. Poor service. ❌

I just went in for a patch in a tire and was helped right away by a young lady at the front. Also when I picked up the tire a young man at the front desk even carried the tire out to my vehicle and explained the service to me and really helped me out with the transaction.It is a busy shop and if they treat their customers like they did myself I can see why. Thank you both very much for the service and what you did for me. I was recommended to this shop by a friend and will do the same to my friends and relatives. I wish you the best and thanks again for the extra you went I really appreciate it.

I had a great experience here. Had a flat and needed a new tire. Came to the shop on Monday and they were able to get a new tire for me the next day. Staff was very knowledgeable and considerate.

A friend from Church recommend this place. Got new tires and brakes. Customer service was knowledgeable friendly and quick. The place is clean and comfortable. Well branded. Well priced for the quality we got. They were very patient with me.
