They have great service. I've been with the pharmacy since they opened and I've received nothing short of excellent customer service. I wish to tell you that I had a situation where it was just bothering me so much and when the pharmacist and I spoke, there was not a bit of apprehension nor judgment and he MORE than kindly and graciously made up for any misunderstanding. What I'm really getting to is that I've built my trust in this pharmacy because of how much they care for their customers and because this pharmacist listens. This is all above and beyond their skill set and professionalism. I especially appreciate it because I'm a senior. Blessings and Light to allCDC

I have found this pharmacy and the pharmacist to be very helpful in the many questions I have asked since I have been with them the pharmacist name is Jass always smiling and ready to help and make sure that we all understand what are meds are for there are three of us.I would truly recommend Eastbridge Pharmacy as my number one choice and if you do say hello to Jass he will be the one with the smile .

I've been with Eastbridge Pharmacy in Waterloo since they opened. I don't see myself or my husband leaving this Pharmacy because of the way that they "shine" above the rest. They are small in size but they carry all that you need and if they don't have it on hand they will order it for you ASAP. I'm pleased that they provide me with knowledge about the medications that I take regularly, and they let me know ALL about new medications and any updates on the ones that I already take. At Eastbridge, they make me feel at ease and remind me that PHARMACISTS are the experts, when it comes to all medications, and Jas is on exception to that rule: he always asks me if I have any questions and if everything is good before I walk away. On a personal note: I wish to thank Jas for continuously showing me his high quality of care and service. I'm so pleased with this Jas and this Pharmacy.
