Had a super positive interaction with Shelley in perfume. They seemed genuinely eager to help and just lovely over all. Not pushy and as soon as we’ve mulled over the scents we will definitely go out of our way to come back and buy from her! ?

I went into make returns on brand new, tags on, never work items and the lady behind the counter kept making snarky remarks like- “ this shouldn’t be like this” and then proceeded to say things under her breath as she continued my return. I didn’t say anything. I did look for the manager to let him know that the behavior was rude and disrespectful and there was no need for muttering. He proceeded to say well we have a policy of having all tags on - to which I said the rage weee not tampered with and the clothes were never worn.
The level of service has deteriorated form the past years. Looks like customers are always wrong abs treated like criminals

I have never seen a large department store with so few staff. We went to 2 "fitting rooms" only to find them locked and nobody in SIGHT. Finally after 10 minutes we found a room with an employee, her response, "they are all full" and she walked away!! Never came back to help in any way. Finally decided to make a purchase and had to search to find a place to pay. Had to interrupt the 2 employees having a chat to get to pay. Without any doubt the worst customer service I have ever seen, massive store but NO employees. Never, EVER going back to this store. There theft losses must be astronomical!!
