After looking at new TVs at the big box stores, dropped by Gibson's to see how they compared. Surprisingly pricing was the same! So bought the TV there and choose to have their technicians deliver and install it as well as relocate some other TVs in the house. Austin and Shay were great! They were very careful and worked very cleanly. They had everything moved, installed and configured in no-time. Thanks!

Austin and Shay came at my home to install new tv and take care of the old one
Reconnected my VCR on the old tv and took time to explain to me the new smart tv also how to connect all the phone iPad to the new tv
Outstanding I will recommend them to anybody who need new apparel

I really appreciated the advice, speed and knowledge of the Gibson sales (Brian) and installation (Greg) services. Having our TV and sound system working again after a recent power surge took out our receiver is wonderful. Learned a lot too!

Shay and Greg did a fantastic job installing my new TV. They were friendly, fast and efficient, and very clean. They took their time to answer my questions, and packaged up and removed my broken television, saving me the hassle of trying to figure out how to dispose of it. Thanks for the great service!

The whole Gibson's experience was seamless from purchasing, to the on-site installation quote, to install. Cameron in sales, Greg and Shay for install were all very professional, courteous and helpful. Excellent knowledge and service for the same product price as the big, impersonal box stores. I highly recommend that you head to Gibson's for your next electronics purchase.

I cant say enough good things about Gibson Sound & Vision. The level of service and care that is taken to make sure you are not only getting what you want, but to also make sure that you are getting the right product for your individual space is unmatched.
I have also experienced the same amount of care and service long after the purchase, when I needed their assistance with a warranty issue. Once again they went above and beyond. I would never consider purchasing anywhere else.
A big shout out to Chris Rigby and Dave Dryland as their customer service and attention to detail was exceptional.

Before I start my review, Thank you Cameron, You are a true professional and you visited my home and discussed my options.
You have made the installation for my bro seamless. Austin and Greg worked together like two peas in a pod. Austin was so patient and relaxed, where Greg was learning the ropes on large tv's. also patient with a great smile. The conversation went smooth. They both played off each other when it came to the set up. I would recommend Gibson's staff the elite when it comes to customer service. They came in, installed with a professional attitude, bar none, the best. To top it off, no garbage, boxes were removed and a little tv and they left feeling they did their job. Kudos to making a customer feel like they knew what to expect. They answered all questions, and made my bro and myself worthy. Thank you. I am looking forward to my tv and stereo in June. Hey Greg, I want to learn more music. Thank you for sharing.

I’ve been dealing with the Gibson family when they were first located on King Street East in Kitchener. The mother and father were very honest and hard working people. They would be very proud to see that their honesty and truthfulness towards customers has been passed on successfully over the years. Gibsons is my go to place for any of my electronic needs. Recently I needed a new Sony sound system. Dealing with the salesperson Cameron was awesome. He came to our home and explained everything. A true honest gentleman. Got a quote the next day and decided it was a go. The install will be done shortly and I know from past experience that it will be done to the high standards of the Gibson family. Give them a try and experience true customer service.
