Hi, I need to complain 2nd time regarding the quality of the compliment cucumbers I bought on Sat for 2.99$, and they were soft,slightly decayed, and not fresh. a couple of months before i complained for molded cucumbers, too with pictures. 2nd complain is expired, fat-free, evaporated milk cans store has been selling for months, and they all expired in July. Why is the store selling those mixed with new ones. I m very disappointed and concerned with the food u are selling. This store is my neighborhood grocery, which I like to shop and have been doing it for so long .Jesse store manager has to find a solution for these issues arising on a regular and continuous basis.

The horrible attitude and less than poor customer service skills that one of their front line managers, have been always demonstrating in dealing with customers. This guy always talks with loud voice in the middle of the store in front of other customers without having the least amount of courtesy or politeness or basic decency of what someone in customer service must have. He doesn’t care about the store reputation or the company that he is working for. Because I know his lack of basic respectful conduct from a previous experience I asked him to lower his voice and to not cause embarrassment in front of other customers and to have some basic decency in his approach and the way he talks. To my surprise he responded by continuing to be loud and telling me that he can raise his voice if he wanted to with no respect to the store he’s representing or to his customers. I asked to speak to the store manager/owner who simply supported his employee. I have been going to this store for years and it’s getting way much worse overall and specially the quality of people they hire in management roles to serve their customers.

Generally very nice staff. Prices are better than most other grocery stores, and quality of produce and other food is about the same. Sometimes selection is more limited.

Low item billing counter lady didn’t reply to me when I said Hi how are you? I said it 3 times and she ignored. To the person before and after us , whoever they were that lady said Hi ,hello to them but completely ignored us.This is racism.

Terrible organization. Isle markers for special interest foods like 'Indian Food' but can't even find 'condiments' like ketchup. Poor customer service. Avoid this place unless you have a tour guide to show you where everything is. They don't believe in helpful isle markers.

I find when u go middle of the weekdays...the veggies/fruits are not fully stocked or ur left with picking through the scraps, otherwise its great!

A huge grocery store with every grocery items that you need. The employee are very helpful. The parking space is spacious. You can also go there by bus.

Worst customer service.
Cashier working here not know how to handle customer.
Yesterday we were 3 in group and bought lime and asked for price match the person who was cashier denied to match the price and told that we can’t match price if you are in group although we were paying separately they were not listening to us, it was totally unfair behaviour of cashier.
