Almost all the staff if friendly except for one lady she was extremely extremely rude didnt . Otherwise its a good store can find almost everything there.

Horrible service. I had placed an order on DoorDash and only got 1 out of 3 items which was a $30 order. The two items that we didn’t get were out of stock (which we weren’t aware of). We tried to call and ask for a refund but the guy basically said he would call back five mins later but never heard anything. So my boyfriend and I ended up going to the store and try to get the refund in person. I showed them my order saying that I only received one out of the three items. The guy brought out all the DoorDash orders on an iPad and my name wasn’t on there. Long story short I never got a refund and now I have a feeling that they just deleted my order off the iPad so that I wouldn’t get my refund. This isn’t the DoorDarsher’s fault at all. If anything the DoorDash app should say what is out of stock so things like this don’t happen to anyone else and so that people don’t get scammed off of the store.

An amazing place with a variety of selection. The place is clean, organized and the staff is friendly and humble. Have had a good experience every time I was there :)It’s open 24*7, literally the perfect convenience store. Nothing you will not find here, would 10/10 recommend.

Never use their flex delivery address. They've lost several of my packages and mail because they didn't scan it when received.

Great selection, convenient location for those on campus, and very reasonable pricing (better than many of the off-campus grocery stores). Staff are friendly and helpful.

The supplies and food sold is sub-par with a high price tag. Customer Service is by far the worse I've had to deal with even by convenience store standard. Do not recommend! I bought something which turned out to be defective, the store would not compensate for it. They tried making excuses and putting the defects blame on me. [Writing this after the owner's response] Now they're accusing me of steal (very unethical). I'm really frustrated by this experience, I've been going to Farahs for the last 4 years but will never go there again. I suggest you to be careful if you choose to shop there. There's plenty of alternatives around campus.

Never seen a store with this much selection of products. They sold flavors that I didn't know existed. Reasonable prices with some good deals.

literally the most magical place in existence. the staff are so nice and kind and the store is always extremely clean. the appearance of it is amazing as well, it looks so gorgeous and lovely in there, they have a large selection of products and the atmosphere is great?

Good place for indo-chinese grocery.Cold drinks-chocolates, processed food along with veggies & fruits are frequently bought here.Smokers can get vape & rolling paper.

They have an amazing selection of drinks I've never seen before. All the wrapped food is pretty cheap and their selection is amazing. It's also one of the only places where you'll find barbican.
